VDIS will interface with many existing GPS (Global Positioning System) / AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) systems.
These existing systems monitor the location and status of your vehicles. VDIS draws this information from the
existing systems and uses it to enhance the awareness of vehicle locations. VDIS will also notify of panic/man-down alarms
if these features are supported in the AVL system.
